To the best of my knowledge, RN still sells these holders. However, the 
price on them has skyrocketed (From $.24 to $5.20) and after talking to 
someone else who does a lot of dealings in OEM stuff like this, he thinks 
that they will be discontinued shortly. Everyone who has any of these is 
sitting on them now. I am currently investigating the possibility of having 
the carriers made in the aftermarket. The problem with that is that the 
investment to do this is quite large and the minimum run is a LOT of 
holders. I am looking for people to split the expense so when/if this 
project gets underway, I will let you know.
