as I mentioned in my original post, the # is on page 170 of the year 2000
performance parts cat.
the part # for the cat. is 12497319
cat. states "Use this stand-alone transmission controller with 4L60E and
4L80E transmission in early model cars and trucks."
If as you state its a "bad #" then it must be a typo in the catalog?
