I don't know if this is relevant or of any use, but i have a holden VSS that
i have connected directly to the holden dash, and it appears to have read
correctly for the holden diff/wheel ratio... tho it's somewhat out for my
mini... need to build a small reductoin gear box, as i can't see any other
way of modifying the signal on the unit itself... Also make sure that the
VSS is spinning the right direction, for some reason, because mine is
spinning backwards, the odometer only reads in reverse, buggers me how the
sensor can tell this tho...
