akdx2088 vs akmh1143

Hi All,

    I have two bins from different 4.3 auto astro vans. I thought they were
both 88s but they may have been mislabeled. Akmh1143 has more spark advance
and PE changes. Is one a federal vs. California cal or just a year to year
change. Just curious so I thought I'd see if anyone knew.
