IAT range

Ello everyone,

I just sucribed to this list and found an enormous amount of knoledge from
it's members.

Here is my question: what is the common resistance range provided by the IAT
sensor (GM)?

I've heard that by replacing the IAT sensor with a 4,7kOhm resistance, the
computer would think the air is at 0 degre Celcius.

Any input on this?
