Re: 1999 5.3 liter Vortec V-8



Thanks for the site.  Is "reflashing" someone with no automotive nor electronic experience can do?  I'm just an owner-operator type.  I suppose I could learn the technology, though, if it were simple and self-evident.  Or, do you know someone who does this commercially?  Thanks, Charles
