Thanks Alex! I'll read that if I can find a copy. But to start with I =
need a lot more basic info, like how the GM ECM is set up, how to add =
changes to it's ROM, and memory locations, etc. Most of the replies so =
far have been way over my head!!!

You can read and write data blocks using SAE 2190 mode 3B and 3C, =
could be same that Ford uses. From previous post also possible to =

I've been working with Ford's EEC-V for the last year or so, =
trying to write a decent set of tuning software. Now I'm getting =
interested in late model GM tuning. I know absolutely nothing about what =
is available for later model GM cars and trucks. I've done a few web =
searches, but all the info I can find seems to relate to 95 or older =
processors. Is there any information available on 96+ GM processors? Can =
someone point me in the right direction?=20
