O2 sensor/tailpipe adapter?

I was perusing the 'net yesterday and came across a company that made a
fancy A/F meter (digital numeric readout) for $1100 or so, but the
interesting part was that the sensor they used was a HEGO (heated EGO)
mounted inside a piece of square pipe (about 1.5" square) that slipped into
the tailpipe. Basically, a simplified tailpipe sniffer.

I'd like to make one of these - does anyone have part
numbers/prices/applications for a decent HEGO? (I'm not looking for a
super-fancy expensive one, just one I can tune my old carbed cars with.)
