Well, what I did on my TPI was to adapt the IAC connector to where I could
reverse it. Didn't figure it would hurt since it is obvious which way is
correct due to the locking clip. I put a jumper on the aldl diagnostic
connector (so that the ECU would continuously run the IAC out) and reversed the
IAC connector which reverses the pintle motion. By reversing the connector I
could then run it back and forth quite easily.....
