Turbo bin uploaded to incoming

I've uploaded ARB7887.020F05B9.S19 to the incoming directory.  This is
for a 1987 Isuzu I-Mark manual transmission 1.5 L4 PFI turbo.  This
engine uses a distributor and a 2 bar MAP.  The matching ECM is 1227752,
which is actually just a 1227165 in a short case just like the 1227303.

The program ID is 81 decimal / $51 hex.  So far, I haven't found it used
in anything else.  The EPROM (27C128) contains less than 12K of code and
2K of data.
