You're looking at the VSS Buffer. There are 2 wires from the VSS,
plus one to ground, and one from ignition power. You can remove it to
get a direct signal from the VSS.
I'm not so sure you want to run TBI with the TPI ecm. Someone else
could better answer this, though.
