That's a software version number - like say DOS 1.0, 2.0, 6.0, & Win95. 
Table and flag locations will vary between versions.

The 2329 are the last four digits of an eight digit GM part number.  It
is often close to the other part numbers for that MEMCAL, but sometimes
has no correlation.
