Me too... I don't know what it is about this darn car. should have been
declared totalled and hauled to a junkyard. I finally got it fixed, and
drove it to work today for the first time in 3 years since the accident.
It's good to drive it again.

Yep, I need to research all the little things as much as possible. I won't
be using the getrag or the isuzu 5 speed though. I'll keep the 125C
automatic.

These are about my thoughts as well. The .3 liters of displacement isn't
that much. But even if I use the 2.8 computer... .6 is a difference.. but
it's not TERRIBLY different when you consider that the engines for all
practical purposes are the same. I can get the 3.1 wiring for a '92 or
newer Sunbird, but I would then have to change my dash. The cimarron wiring
was attractive because I could then keep my existing dash.
The 7730 is pretty well

I agree 100%. I would rather stay away from OBDII. You know... I really
dont' mind the automatic. I considered the 4-speed auto, but decided
against it. I do, however have a shift kit for my existing tranny sitting
on a shelf at home. It should help at least some.

That actually was a long-term idea that I had. I'm just waiting for GM to
begin puting the Eaton Superchargers on the cars at the factory. I would
rather have a supercharger than a turbo... I hate the lag. I love instant
acceleration out of the hole, and a supercharger can provide this.
I need to go now... I will reply to all the other messages later. Thanks
all for the help.
