Injector PWs - was duty cycle

Speaking of PWs, has anybody been able to correlate what's reported in the
ALDL data stream w/ oscilloscoped actual PWs?  Seems neither relative or
absolute times follow on the scope what's reported by the ECU.  Granted,
P&H scope curves look somewhat odd, but the "on" times reported by scope
differ markedly from reported, and, say, doubling reported PWs (on the
bench by increasing MAP), do not reflect in a doubling of PW on the scope.

Maybe my o'scope is really goofed up?  (Only 85 bux on eBay.....)
