2-Bar 730/AUJP

Who modified the AUJP code for 2-bar MAP??  I think it was John S. Gwynn???  I would like to find
out more about your 2-bar code for the 730 (I seem to recall that it was based on the AUJP).  I
cannot seem to find the 2000 archives (I thought there was a file even though the WWW site says
not).
