HI RPM FUEL CUTOFF - HIGH LIMIT, is actual value to enable cut-off.
<<< Fuel CutOff= Max Rpm.
FUEL CUTOFF TIME THRESHOLD, is the time fuel is cut-off in an attempt to
reach the FUEL CUTOFF LOW LIMIT RPM again.
<< Hysteresis Val = # between On / Off switches = Prevent Hunting.
