MAP (w/ explanation)

I have abandoned my MAF tuning efforts since there seems to be more
knowledge of the MAP systems.  I have been unable to find info on the
"features" I need to tune in MAF, whereas the MAP system is well documented.
(And I don't have the time, desire, or energy to be the one to write MAF
Prog 101. :-)

In a "perfect" world, I feel MAF is the way to go, but not with a 165 and
$6E code.
