Huh? That appears to be just a memory card for an old C64 computer. I
don't see how it is applicable to an ECM. Perhaps if you had one of
these cards, you could pull the chips off and reuse them in an ECM.
I think the intent of using EEPROMs was to skip the erase step. With
EPROMs, the cycle is:
Programmer
ECM
Eraser
Programmer
ECM
...
With EEPROMs, it would be shortened to this:
Programmer
ECM
Programmer
ECM
...
