Cold-start craziness?

Hello all,
   Well, it seems my TPI Monte has developed a bug since the weather has 
turned cold here in NJ.  Until she gets into closed loop, there's a nasty bog 
just off idle, and with the first startup, it'll run for a few seconds, 
almost stall, and then the computer rescues it and brings the idle back up.  
The acceleration seems a bit "flat" as well.  Anyone have any clues or 
suggestions?
