Well, you've hit on the real problem with code space
and the '747: 2/3's is in ROM. The 1/3 in EPROM has
no extra room, unless you eliminate table usage. It 
also cramps the ability to add a patch, as it is hard
to hook into the ROM code. 

If loc 0x006, b3 (0x08) is 0, then the hi-way fuel patch
will not affect anything else. I've written it, just need
to test it.
