there are lots of good methods for applying NOS.  i belive that NOS (the
company not the product) sells what they call the progressive NOS kit. 
this is essentially a PWM controller that has both % in initially & time to
100%.  this is a great way to control the squeeze.  the other thing that
can be done is stages.  we are using 2 stages in a 68 chevelle & going 75
HP out of the hole (w/the 12:1, 420 CI SBC) & a second stage about 200'
out.  this makes for a hell of a ride & a great 60' time.  no need for
breaking things.
