Here is yet another approach to the eprom replacement routine: Cut the =
legs of the eprom as close to the chip as possible, do not de-solder =
legs but solder legs of old eprom to the legs of a zif or other socket. =
The result is too high to use the blue cover and possibly the metal case =
cover, but matches my skill level.
