Stock from GM:
1989 TPI F-Body = 165ECM running $6E code
1988 TPI F-Body = 165ECM running $32B code

ONE of the biggest differences between these codesets (notice use of the 
word ONE) is that the $6E code does not control the cold start injector. 
 Rather, additional fuel is added for cold starts through the stock 8 injectors. 
 If you are running a MiniRam then you should definitely be using the $6E 
code because the MiniRam has ZERO provisions for the cold start injector.
